General provisions
- These Subscription Cancellation Terms are an integral part of the KERI.AM User Agreement and govern the termination of paid subscriptions (pricing plans) on the platform.

- These Terms apply to all subscribers — partner restaurants and any other users on a paid pricing plan on the platform.

Right to cancel at any time
- You may cancel your subscription at any time and without giving a reason.
- Cancellation does not require contacting support and is available self-service from the CRM dashboard: Management → Plan → Cancel subscription.
- Alternatively, cancellation can be requested by emailing [email protected] from the email address linked to the account. Such requests are processed within 1 business day.

Paid period stays active
- After cancellation, the subscription continues to operate until the end of the previously paid billing period (month, half year, or year — depending on the plan you chose).
- Throughout the remaining paid period, access to all subscription features is preserved in full.
- When the paid period ends, the account is automatically moved to inactive-subscription status, no further charges are made, and auto-renewal is disabled.

Refunds
- Cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund for a billing period that has already started — this is standard SaaS practice and reflects the fact that the paid period remains fully available to the user.
- A refund for the unused portion of the period is possible only in exceptional cases — technical inability to provide the service through our fault, an erroneous duplicate charge, or other grounds provided by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
- Card refunds are credited to the original card within 3–7 business days from the moment they are agreed.

Data and access after cancellation
- All restaurant data (menu, orders, customer base, statistics) is retained in our system for an additional 90 days after the paid period ends — in case you decide to resume the subscription.
- During those 90 days, you can re-activate the subscription without any data loss.
- After the 90 days, data may be permanently deleted, except for information we are required to retain by law (accounting and tax records — 3 years).
- Upon a written request to [email protected], we will export the restaurant’s data in a machine-readable format before deletion.

Cancellation by the operator
- The operator may terminate the subscription early in case of a material breach of the User Agreement by the user, including: fraudulent activity, breach of sanitary regulations, repeated and substantiated customer complaints.
- In such cases, the operator notifies the user by email and in Telegram at least 7 days in advance, except for gross breaches that require immediate suspension.
- If the operator cancels without fault on the user’s side, a pro-rata refund is issued for the unused portion of the paid period.

Auto-renewal
- By default, subscriptions auto-renew at the end of the paid period using the linked payment method.
- Cancelling a subscription automatically disables auto-renewal — no further charge will be made.
- Auto-renewal can be turned on or off at any time in the CRM dashboard without cancelling the subscription itself.

Changes and termination
- The operator may amend these Terms by notifying users via email and Telegram at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
- If the user does not agree with the changes, they may cancel the subscription before the changes take effect — the paid period will be preserved in full under the terms that applied at the time of payment.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes are referred to the courts of general jurisdiction of the Republic of Armenia.
