What we collect
- On signup: name, phone number (via Telegram), delivery city.
- When ordering: delivery address, order history, payment info (processed through a certified payment gateway — we do not store card data).
- Automatically: Telegram identifier, device type, session times, in-app actions.
- For restaurant partners: legal entity details, contact person, payout details.

- Processing and delivering orders.
- Order status notifications via the Telegram bot.
- Improving service quality and personalizing offers.
- Settlements with restaurant partners.
- Technical support and resolving disputes.
- Compliance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia.

Who we share data with
- The partner restaurant receives the buyer’s name and delivery address to fulfill the order.
- The courier service receives the delivery address and contact phone number.
- Payment systems handle financial transactions in compliance with PCI DSS.
- We do not sell your data to third parties and do not use it for advertising outside our platform.

Storage and protection
- Data is stored on servers in the European Union with AES-256 encryption.
- Data is transmitted exclusively over HTTPS / TLS 1.3.
- Access to personal data is limited to a small group of staff with two-factor authentication.
- Order data is kept for 3 years for accounting purposes, then permanently deleted.

Your rights
- Request a copy of all data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or outdated data.
- Delete your account and all related data (except data we are required to keep by law).
- Withdraw consent for marketing notifications at any time.

Cookies and analytics
- We use the minimum set of cookies required to operate the platform.
- Analytics is collected in an aggregated and anonymized form.
- We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Policy changes
- For material changes, we will notify you via the Telegram bot at least 14 days in advance.
- Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the new version.
